Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order? Check the Size Chart on each product page and measure your dog or cat's chest and neck before ordering. For a piece worn all day, an accurate measurement is the best way to get the right fit on the first try. Still not sure? Ordering & The Founding Series
What is the Founding Series? The Founding Series is AirKnit's first release — a limited run available only during the initial launch window. Once it sells out, it's gone. Every piece is part of a small first batch, not an ongoing default option.
Is this a one-time release, or will more be available later? Founding Series quantities are limited on purpose. Future collections will be released separately, on their own timeline.
What does "preorder" mean, and when will my order ship? Preorder items are charged in full at checkout and ship as soon as the Founding Series production run is complete. See our Preorder Policy page for the current estimated ship date.

How do I clean my AirKnit™ piece? Hand washing is the best way to protect the knit — the same reason Nike recommends hand washing over machine washing for its own Flyknit performance knit. If you'd rather machine wash, use a cold, gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Either way, skip the dryer — air dry to keep the knit's shape and stretch intact.
