Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to love every AirKnit product. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

–     Unused and in original, unworn condition

–     Free from pet hair, dirt, odors, or signs of wear

–     Returned in original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@airknitpet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AirKnit is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded as store credit, issued to your account within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate which item you would like in exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Discretion

AirKnit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. We appreciate your understanding and will always communicate transparently if a return cannot be accepted.
