Shipping Policy

At AirKnit, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Delivery (United States)

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Standard Shipping:  3–5 business days

Free Shipping:  On all US orders over $100

International Shipping

AirKnit ships to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and customs clearance, typically ranging from 7–21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. AirKnit has no control over customs charges and is unable to predict what these fees may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet the delivery estimates above, AirKnit is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us at hello@airknitpet.com and we will do our best to assist you.
