Warranty Policy

AirKnit products are engineered to perform. Every item is crafted with quality materials and tested to meet our standards. We stand behind our work.

Coverage

All AirKnit products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

–     Seam or stitching failure under normal use

–     Hardware defects (buckles, D-rings, clasps) present at time of purchase

–     Material separation or structural failures not caused by external factors

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

–     Normal wear and tear over time

–     Misuse, improper sizing, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

–     Chewing, pulling, or damage caused by the pet

–     Accidents, neglect, or modifications to the product

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email hello@airknitpet.com within the 30-day warranty period with the following:

–     Your order number

–     A brief description of the issue

–     Clear photographs of the defect

Our team will review your claim within 3 business days. Approved claims will be resolved at AirKnit’s discretion through repair, replacement, or store credit of equivalent value. We will always aim to find the best resolution for you.
